Search Hints

Exact Phrase
To search for an exact phrase surround the phrase in quotation marks.

E.g. To search for phrase Dental Practice, enter "Dental Practice" in the search criteria.

Wildcard
A wildcard can be used to substitute an undefined letter or part of a word.

For example, to search for dentist, dentists, dentistry you can enter dentist*. The wildcard * character forces the search to look for any words beginning with "dentist".

A letter wildcard is specified with a ? character.

E.g.

doc?ment will find "document" and "dociment".

Fuzzy Search
Use the ~ character to specifiy a fuzzy search. The search will look for words that have a similar spelling.

E.g.

Specify orthodontic~ will find words that have a similar spelling as othodontic, such as orthdontic.

OR / AND Expression
Seperate words with OR or AND to form logical expressions.

E.g.

Orthodontic AND Child       will find all results that have both words.
Orthodontic OR Child       will find all results have at least one of the words.
(Orthodontic AND Child) OR (Braces AND Infant)       will find all results that either has both Orthodontic and Child, or both Braces and Infant.
