Newsletter Profile

The Western Articulator is a full colour glossy magazine, consisting of up to 32 pages, distributed monthly as a membership service to almost 1,200 ADA WA members, both in the private and public sectors.

The Western Articulator enables ADA WA Council, Committees and Administration to communicate with and broadcast information concerning dentistry and general health to all members and their staff.

The content of the Western Articulator consists of information on dentistry and health related issues of interest to dentists and their staff.  It also features information regarding legal, financial and industrial relations matters.


Advertising Policy

Advertisements are accepted subject to the approval of the Editor.

The views and opinions expressed in the Western Articulator and its attachments by advertisers and contributors are not necessarily endorsed by the Australian Dental Association (WA Branch) Inc.  The Branch, its members, employees and agents do not assume any loss or damage which may result from any inaccuracy or omission in this publication, or from the use of the information contained, and make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any of the material contained therein.


Copy Closing Date

The 7th day of the prior month or the nearest working day before.
All advertising must be submitted by the due date either by mail, email or facsimile.  Advertisements received after the due date cannot be guaranteed to appear in that issue.


Classified Advertising

Classified advertisements should be no longer than 10 lines (single column font size 8). Members’ classifieds will automatically appear in three issues free and thereafter be charged at $40 plus gst per issue.  Country members receive ALL standard length ads free of charge. Excess lines will incur an additional set fee of $30 plus gst per issue for all members.  Please advise if your advertisement is to be removed prior to publication in the three free issues.

All other advertisements must be complete with artwork as we do NOT supply this service.  They can be forwarded  as a PDF file (embed all fonts), a TIF file or a WORD document (with associated graphics attached separately) to news@adawa.com.au or alternatively on a disk.  Please ensure any graphics are of a high quality.

Dental Health Week is a community awareness program coordinated and funded by the ADA. In 2009 the ADA is leading a campaign to target 55 year olds and over and has developed a range of Fact Sheets on oral health care. August 3rd - 9th is Dental Health Week.
