POLITICAL PARTIES REMAIN TIGHT LIPPED ON DENTAL IN LEAD UP TO THE ELECTION

With only weeks to go until the 2010 Federal Election, the Australian Dental Association (ADA) is urging political parties to take action for the one-third of Australians (approximately seven million) who canno taccess basic dental care by speaking out on dental policy.

POLITICAL PARTIES REMAIN TIGHT LIPPED ON DENTAL IN LEAD UP TO THE ELECTION

Not one major political party has responded formally to the ADA’s top 10 questions on dental health reform.Too many of the announcements made by concerned organisations over recent days reflect a lack of understanding of dental health and delivery.
