ADA Members Can Access Fair Work Australia Award Modernisation (except for unincorporated employers in Western Australia)

ADA Members can now access new rates of pay, calculators and instructions available for the transition to the Fair Work Sysetm for unincorporated employers.
New schedules are applicable to both incorporated and unincorporated employers through Australia, except for unincorporated employers in Western Australia.

Please note, these changes and wages increases are effective from the first full pay period to commence on or after:
1. 1 July 2010 for incorporated employers; or
2. 1 February 2011 for unincorporated employers.
