KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY - modify to the needs of the class
Introduction
During Dental Awareness Month, we are asking teachers in pre-school centres, kindergartens and primary schools to run an oral awareness class using the information provided in this section of the site.
As the mouth is the ‘gateway’ to the rest of the body, it is important to make Australian children aware of the importance of their oral health and the role it can have on overall health.
The oral health awareness class provided is broken down into the following sections:
