Opportunity To Be A Volunteer Interviewer

The Adelaide Dental School invites members of the dental profession to consider becoming involved in the selection process of our future dental professionals. Participation represents an invaluable experience towards shaping our future dental and oral health graduates. 

We are seeking people who may enjoy the opportunity to be part of the interview component.

The online (Zoom) interviews are conducted at one of the University of Adelaide’s computer suites and training is provided beforehand as well as ongoing technical support.  

The Interview sessions are 5 hours long and this includes an additional pre-briefing for all interviewers. Refreshments and a light lunch is provided.  

Please note, we are unable to accept expressions of interest from those with a conflict of interest (e.g. if you know any applicants for Medicine or Dentistry or Oral Health such as family members, relatives or close friends of you or your children). Students who you may have taught are not a conflict of interest. 

Interview location:  

All assessors will be on campus in the Helen Mayo South Building level 1, computer suite (Frome Road)  

Interview sessions:  

AM sessions: 8.00am – start of pre-briefing to 1.00pm 

PM sessions: 12.00pm – start of pre-briefing to 5.00pm  

Signing up is easy:  

All new interviewers will need to be trained this year and you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

The interviews run from Mon 20 Nov to Fri 1 Dec 2023. When you proceed to the booking links, a calendar will appear with the dates/session time of the interviews.
