Church St Dental seeking a dentist, starting 3 days a week and building to full-time (4-5 days per week, negotiable) as one of dentists takes maternity leave. We are a busy practice with a large patient base of local patients.

What we can offer is:

• A family friendly practice: we are a small practice, not a large corporate and we understand that work-life balance is important. We are flexible with leave requests and don’t have restrictions on the amount of leave that can be taken during the year.
• Full books: we are an extremely busy practice, currently turning away patients due to lack of space in the appointment books. You would be walking into a position with very little down time and plenty of opportunities to build a solid patient base.
• Supportive team: all of our auxiliary staff are well-trained and will do their best to ensure that you have full books and minimal cancellations. Our assistants are highly trained to ensure all procedures are set-up ahead of time, and will complete clinician notes and photos as required, so you can focus on the patient’s needs.
• Supportive management: We care about our team and want our clinicians to succeed and offer opportunities for mentorship as well as further training and regular CPD opportunities paid for by the practice, to our clinical team. As a clinician in our practice, you and your clinical judgment will be respected and you will have complete clinical freedom. 
• All the latest technology: OPG, nitrous, rotary endo etc. If there’s something we don’t have and you want it- just ask!
• Therapy dog: We have a therapy dog named Boston that works 4 days a week to calm nervous patients.

All levels of experience will be considered for this position. We are seeking someone who is proactive and able to communicate well and comprehensively treatment plan for our patients. Most importantly, we are seeking someone to make a long-term commitment to our team and patient base.
