Dr Anikó Ball

Anikó founded Optimum Dental Posture after recovering from decades of occupational chronic pain as a dentist. Once she trained to recognize harmful postures and apply Inner Ergonomic principles to dentistry and daily life, she understood why past methods and remedies provided only short term symptom relief. Her mission is to reduce the incidence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in dentistry and to send a message of hope to dentists for recovery and prevention of pain and discomfort.
