The Australian Dental Congress, the largest CPD event of its kind in Australia, offers an exceptionally varied roster of learning opportunities for all delegates. From the main scientific program and its allied programs for the whole practice, which feature keynote speakers and an impressive number of local and international presenters, through to the smaller, always popular workshops and lunchtime sessions, there is something for everyone.
A mix of presentation and practical application on a range of topics, the dentist-only workshops provide you with a hands-on learning experience (numbers limited to 20 per workshop).
Delegates have access to dedicated programs catering to dentists, dental hygienists and oral health therapists, dental assistants, practice managers and dental prosthetists.
A more intimate learning environment than the main program, these dentist-only sessions provide an opportunity to interact directly with a presenter (limit of 10 per Lunch and Learn topic).
Specially-curated sessions that allow the entire dental team to learn together on issues that affect the practice as a whole.
This forum provides you with a chance to listen to presentations and talk directly to representatives of the Association in a relaxed, collegial setting.
Many organisations officially affiliated with the ADA take advantage of their members being in attendance at Congress to convene AGMs, training sessions and social events.
This program is designed for the partners of dental professionals attending Congress and features a lounge, social events, and the opportunity to create your own Adelaide experience.
